[Born and lived?] in ?; Son of Silvestro; A noted bagpipe maker in southern Latium, he had his "bottega" [workshop] in Palombo (a quarter just outside Villa Latina [N of Cassino], prov. Frosinone); He had 3 children (Giuseppa, Domenico, and Vincenzo), but it seems that neither of his sons continued the craft [Making instruments still appears to be an exclusively male activity everywhere; ws]; NB: ➺ Gasparo Minchella.
