Literal translation: "To tune a bagpipe"; According to Kubik this proverbial phrase defines "both the silent crying and voice tests of a small child, because they remind us of the long, squeaky sounds extracted from a bagpipe during tuning"; NB: ➺ "Stroić dudy".
