Expression in Polish; Literally: "Neither here, nor there, my nice bagpipes"; Tyszkiewicz explains it as "A Duda is very uncomfortable to hold. It is difficult to settle down well with it. Hence they [i.e. people; ws] allude to a bagpipe when comparing a clumsy person".
