Mentioned by Gustave Magnéé (1817-1894) in his story »Li Haulotte« (1871); McCandless mentions Pipzak, referring to an article entitled "Les cornemuses d’Europe" in Ar Soner #3, 1979, which I was unable to obtain for inspection.
