Manevri (plurale tantum)
(with) definite article: Manevriteoriginal: маневри(те)
the action of tuning a bagpipe (&c.)
The action of tuning an instrument, which, according to Atanassov, starts at the 7th note of the chanter, followed by the 8th with a glissando to the 9th, than with a glissando [?; ws] back to the 6th and ending with the 5th note, to which the drone is tuned; I’ve never heard experienced pipers use this manner, however.
