Rather peculiarly (and entirely erroneously), the internet source refers to it as a synonym of the Basque hornpipe called "Xirolarru", which is defined (correctly) as "a double clarinet similar to the Basque Alboka"; NB: ➺ my remarks to Boha (the bagpipe!).
