Incorrect spelling. mentioned in several sources, of Shakespeare's Woolen bagpipe; On the basis of this misreading, Baines claims that the instrument is "no doubt a bagpipe with the fleece of the bag showing"; NB (plurale tantum): The term is also used when referring to 1 instrument only.
