In Fraser described as "This pipe is made of ebony and ivory with brass mountings (➺ photo [from Fraser]), and was said to be a gift from the late Queen Victoria to one Ferguson, a blind piper in Dublin"; NB; In Leydi erroneously called (and incorrectly spelt) "Uillean pipe".

Type with a 4th regulator, with 4 keys (G, A, B, c): ➺ Double-bass regulator.
