Cuisleannach (gender unknown)
(with) definite article: ?any person who plays some kind of bagpipe (&c.)
Spelling in Flood, who states that "Recent Celtic scholarship, especially by German, French, and Irish writers, has been freely availed of in collating the various passages quoted by O’Curry, and I have summarised his list, with some necessary modifications"; Here Flood defines the term as "player on the bag-pipes", whereas in his »Story of the bagpipe« he oddly translates the identical term as "pipes" (➺ homonym).
