Canneggio (m)
(with) definite article: ilgeneral term for number and arrangement of pipes [?]
From "canneggiare" [to measure (sth.) with a cane]; Bonanzinga seems to be the only one who uses the term appropriately; In the other contributions it is used, in my opinion incorrectly, for the "number of pipes" (➺ vol. I, p.27, 91-92, 137; vol. II, p.98), and Gioielli himself uses it, oddly, even as a synonym for the Fuso of a Piffero (➺ vol. I, p.32).
