Name for the Ceppo in Colliano (prov. Salerno); The only wooden part of the Sampugnella, it was originally made from a perforated branch section or a small trunk; More recently it was turned in the shape of a common Ceppo of smaller dimensions; To its 2 holes for the chanters a third one may be added for the optional drone (Fischietto).
