Modified Zampogna zoppa 28, developed and built by Lino Miniscalco (Castelnuovo a Volturno, prov. Isernia); It has 2 chanters (Manca & Ritta) of unequal length, a semidrone (which originally was a common drone) with 2 thumbholes + a closed key, which is operated with the left thumb, and a small drone (which is "inactive" [i.e. mute, stopped with beeswax]); The Manca has a "doubled" hole for the index finger (i.e. oo, as in recorders with a "baroque bore"); The Ritta is provided with a closed key (operated with the index finger) for an uppermost lateral hole (added to extend its range), and has a "doubled" fingerhole as well (for the ring finger); NB¹: ➺ Sardellina & Sardëllina, Serdellina, Sordelina &c., Sourdeline and related terms, and Surdelina & similar terms; NB²: Compare Zampogna a triplo chanter.
