Diplye (f) (plurale tantum)

original: дипље

Diple

Transliteration in Marcuse, who claims that this name is also used in Albania [where it is called Pipëza, &c. instead, however; ws], referring to Brömse as her source, in which neither the spelling, nor a description of any Montenegrin instrument occurs; Moreover, Marcuses description (e.g. "made of 2 pieces of cane, with 2 equal fingerholes" and "Both tubes end in a common bell with down-cut reeds…") is, to express it politely, rather unreliable, and definitely confusing.
