Slagarče (n)
original: слагарче
exceptionally high drone, adjustable: cylindrical, straight, no bell, cavity / single reed
Usually situated between the blowpipe (Duvaljka) and low drone (Prdak); Macedo-southern Morava area; NB¹: ➺ Macedonia; NB²: Because I haven't encountered this term, nor the type, mentioned in "early" 20th century literature (i.e. Širola, Brömse, &c.), it seems that this second drone wasn't used (yet) before World War II, but I must admit that until now I haven't discovered any confirmation of that assumption.
Pitch, according to Vukosavljević: d².
NB: Example(s) to be replaced with staff-notation
