NOT a bagpipe, but a homonym, used for a kind of flute, mentioned in Oskar Kolberg, »Dziela wszystkie« [Collected works] as appearing in pastoral texts (➺ vols. 5 (p.239), 16 (p.106), 24 (p.102), and 46 (p.6)), and in one of the noble-bourgeois songs (➺ vol.41 (p.525)); According to Dahlig, it is also called Multanka; NB: ➺ homonyms & similar terms.
