[sa/la?]According to Marcuse an obsolete name (used 1527-1533), but according to Tomás i Cucurull and Vallverdú i Segura, apparently still used in Sant Quintí de Mediona [WNW of Barcelona] and according to Vallverdú i Segura, also in the comarca [county] Penedès [W of Barcelona]; NB: According to Vox, Diccionari manual Castellà-Català (1974) "manxa" translates as "fuelle" (Vox, Español-English: bag [of a bagpipe] or bellows).
