The statement that "the shepherd created it and was such a player" seems to suggest that each piper used to make his own instrument(s); NB²: According to Mr. Murad Tavartkiladze (მურად თავართქილაძე) [➺ video], "Only 6 people make Chibones (➺ Čiboni) in Adjara today [i.e. 2020; ws]".
