Goeverneur, »Gezamenlijke gedichten en rijmen« (Groningen, 1874); Definition in WNT: "... occurs as [a] designation of the sound of the bagpipe"; NB: Even though a designation usually has the form of a noun, in the quotation (from Goeverneur, p.209) the term oddly appears as a verbal form ('k ... doedeldom de dooden wakker [i.e., more or less, "Doodledomming I raise the dead"]).
