Karramunxë

Albanian term for each of the reeds of the "Arbëresh" (Italo-Albanian) Karramunxë; NB¹: Without any doubt the term is related to "kallam" [cane], but the forms of its root mentioned in the internet source are only kallm [reed] (m / indefinite singular), kallmi (definite singular), kallma (indefinite plural), and kallmat (definite plural); NB²: Unfortunately, I was unable (yet) to determine the literal meaning of this particular linguistic form; NB³: In their description, Sokoli & Miso refer to the term Volioglot.
