Literally "(the) young of a bagpipe"; An instrument, made (ca. 1950) by Grigore Tudose from Leu (a commune in Dolj county, Craiova region), after a similar instrument, which was the property of a certain Ion Burticală, a former street sergeant, who called it a “piculină" [piccolo].
