Alternative spelling of Ğaydoško in Kollár and, accordingly, Kuhač; NB: In my perception these terms can be considered as diminutive forms of Ğeydoš (and, of course, Geydoš), even though the latter terms are not mentioned in Kollár (nor encountered in any of the other consulted sources).
