Erroneous transliteration in Kuhač; His suggestion that the instrument is "named after Volos", who seems to have been "the God of the Gadlja", referring to Dr. Ignác Jan Hanuš’ »Die Wissenschaft des slawischen Mythus …« (Lemberg, &c., 1842) is obviously a private interpretation, because the term (volunka, or anything similar) doesn’t occur in that source at all.
