The name given to the world's first real bagpipe for children, developed by German craftsmen Clemens Johannes Bieger and Thomas Zöller of Wee-Pipes Ltd., Hofheim a. Taunus (Hesse), Germany.
The instrument consists of a chanter in C (440 Hz), a bass drone, and a mouthpiece; NB: The chanter can be converted into a practice chanter by combining it with the mouthpiece.
