NOT a bagpipe, but in RAE defined as a synonym of "pescuezo" (neck; part of the body; fig. haughtiness), and in Vox as a synonym of "Toccata" (i.e. a rapid piece of music of a popular character); NB: In the consulted dictionaries I discovered the verb "engaitar" and the nouns "engaitador/~a", which refer to "flattery with deception".
