Hlavička (f)
In the only bagpipe-related source I was able to find (!), it is described as “usually in the shape of a stylized goat’s head, with an appropriate expression”; Colloquially it is, however, a general term with several meanings, such as the “heading” (of a chapter in a book, &c.) and even as the name given to a popular Easter pastry; NB: ➺ homonym (Slovakia).
