| Info: | From 1975 to 1990 the event consisted of a market exhibition, and was organised by the Municipality in cooperation with the »Pro Loco« and, initially, with the Provincial Tourist Board of Isernia. From 1991 to 2002 it was organised by the cultural association Circolo della Zampogna, which integrated the Exhibition Market with a real music festival, of an international nature, giving it the name "Exhibition and International Bagpipe Festival" a title that is still preserved. From 2003 to 2006 it was organised by the »Circolo« in cooperation with the »Comune« [Town council], from 2007-2008 by the Comune only, from 2009-2011 by the Comune in cooperation with the »Circolo«, and starting 2012, by the Comune di Scapoli only again. |
