Info:Established in 1999 to promote the teaching, playing and appreciation of pipe band music and instruments. The principal activity of the College is to teach bagpipes, snare drum and bass/tenor drum. The College also hosts an annual 3 day Workshop in September with world leading instructors, and is the promoter of an annual Highland Gathering held in early October.
