| Info: | The festival consists of various events and activities: (1): a bagpipe defile to the "Potoka" area, (2): a ceremony of awarding honorary distinctions (Apostol Kisyov plaque), (3): schools for beginners; a concert of prominent ensembles from the seven folklore regions, and (4): a round table on the development of the bagpipe movement and Bulgarian folklore. NB¹: In 2024 the 100th anniversary of the birth of Apostol Kisyov was celebrated, and the "Follower of Apostol Kisyov" prize was established, which annually honors an outstanding bagpipe leader. |
