[Born and?] lived in Villamar (prov. Medio Campidano) ?; According to an internet source he was born in San Vito, and died in Monastir (in Sardu: Muristenis); Weis Bentzon, who misspells his name "Loci", states that he was an "especially famous launeddas maker, who made regular journeys to visit the various professional launeddas players who were all his personal acquaintances. Judged by the standards of his day, his instruments were fairly expensive, costing a sum corresponding to 1500-2000 lire (1958 standard [today’s rate?; ws]); NB: ➺ Adamo Billai.
