Born and lived [?] in Jaworzynka-Maciejka [E of Jaworzynka], in a hamlet (quarter) called "do Gajdosza" [at / by the piper]; He played together with violinist Michał Motyka of Jaworzynka-Szyroki* [➺ NB]; Until recently, Anna Łabaj, called "Gajdoszulom" [?], lived in his house, which is now [i.e. 2014; ws] about 200 years old; His great-great-grandson Józef Łabaj (*1954), who plays the accordion, provided this information during an interview of 17 June 2014; [*NB: Katarzyna & Maciej Szymonowiczowie fail to provide basic information about this violinist, and I was unable to find such in other sources].
