"Wszyscy tam radzi dudkują, gdzie dudy ładują"
Literally translated as "Everybody fools around more happily where they load a bagpipe", it has exactly the same metaphorical meaning as "Tam radzi dudkują, ...", which is endorsed by Kubik, according to whom it "concerns the remuneration received for playing the bagpipe"; NB: ➺ Dudkować (verb).
