Mechava / Mečhava [sic]
Incorrect spellings in Leydi, who moreover erroneously labels the instrument as being from "Boemia" (i.e. Czechia); According to Kuhač the name is [or has been?] used in Czech, as well, but I haven't encoutered any confirmation of that fact in other, more reliable, sources.
