Cuisli pipes (plurale tantum)
From "cuisli" (the veins on the inside of the first joint of the arm); Dubious term, probably a tautology fabricated by Colonel [Charles] Vallancey, who concluded that this was the same instrument as the Ullan pipes; NB: ➺ Bollog na cuisli, and Cuisle pipes.
