Cimpoi (m)

(with) definite article: Cimpoiul

Bagpipe, mouth-blown: 2 stocks (a: single chanter + semidrone / b: drone)

Identical types: 10
Cimpoi / Cimpoĭ

Though definitely the common Romanian name, Marcuse claims, utterly erroneously, this to be a name used in Slavonia (Croatia) and the Vojvodina (Serbia), as well; Ignorantly parroted by Podnos, both incorrectly refer to Baines, who explicitly calls it Romanian when comparing "ordinary words for bagpipe in various languages".
NB: ➺ homonyms.
