Cuisley cuil

Dubious, probably erroneous, spelling in O’Neill, who refers to a correspondence of Charles O’Conor, author of »Dissertations on the history of Ireland« (Dublin, 1766), with [a certain] Dr. Walker, in which O’Conor describes the instrument as "a simple kind of bagpipe, loud-toned and confined to a bare octave".
