2 pieces: Fuso (Sizes of 3 different instruments measured vary from 55-85 mm) and bell (30-75 mm), connected by tenon (20-37 mm) and mortise; Pitch: d² (though it is, according to Scaldaferri, "sometimes stopped (blocked), because its sound is considered "annoying" in such a small instrument", and used, "among all consulted players, by Carmine Salamone only".
