NOT a bagpipe, but a homonym, seemingly used for a jew’s harp [?]; NB: Note the erroneous Cyrillic spelling (Топопилъ [i.e. "Topopil"; ws], instead of Tоропилъ) in Sachs, whiich appears to be a rather common "typo" among readers who are unfamiliar with that script.
