According to Jambrina Leal, "traditionally the most used types [on the banks of the river Duero?; ws] were “urz” (urce: Erica arbórea [Tree heather], E. lusitánica [Spanish heath]), ash [Fraxinus], chestnut [Castanea], and enguelgue [i.e. Montpellier maple (Acer monspessulanum), also called Mundillo; ws], but nowadays [i.e. late 20th/early 21st century; ws] boxwood [Buxus sempervirens]".
