According to Kuhač, mentioned in a Hebrew book entitled »Schilter-Haggiborium« ["The shield of the mighty", written by Rabbi Abraham Ben Hannase]; Stainer refers to it as "now [i.e. in the late 19th century; ws] generally supposed to have been a bagpipe"; NB: ➺ homonym (synonym of Greek Sumphonia).
