Kuhač quotes Miklošić, who states in his dictionary* [➺ NB²] that the meaning of the [Ukrainian?; ws] saying "въдеиздхоу сє кораблиѥ складнѥ" [These ships are complex] is ambiguous (sensus dubius), since the term кораблиѥ [korablie] usually means the front part of a ship [i.e. the bow(s)], so that it makes no sense when combined with складник [skladnik]; NB¹: ➺ similar terms; NB²: The bibliographic details of this dictionary read as follows: Franz Ritter von Miklosich, »Lexicon linguæ slovenicæ veteris dialecti« (Vindobonæ [in Vienna], 1850); NB³: ➺ Karaba and similar terms.
