Lamshaw, "young" William

Born in Morpeth (in his birth record named Lambshaw), he lived in North Shields; Despite his early death, "young" William was a significant figure in the history of the instrument, and appointed Piper to the Duchess of Northumberland already at an early age (1798-1806), succeeding his grandfather, "old" William Lamshaw.
