chain or other means from which dangles the spatula(e)

No identical types known (yet).

Chain from which the Szperacz dangles; It actually is the continuation of a chain that dangles between an eye at the lower end of the Gajdzica (near its venthole) and an eye on the Konewka, from which it dangles as well; According to Pilecki, who fails to mention its name, "in new [i.e. recent; ws] instruments a narrow strip of leather* is used", instead; *NB: Here Pilecki oddly uses the noun "rzemień", which actually translates, confusingly, as "leather belt (strap)".

Made of metal.
