Ciaramella (f)
(with) definite article: laFrom Pietro Paolo Volpe, »Vocabolario Napolitano-Italiano« (Napoli, 1869), in which the author refers (without any explanation!) to the terms Cembanella, Cennamella, and Ceramella, none of which he mentions, however, as a lemma; Considering the occurrence of the concerning terms in Italian or one of its regional dialects they can, in my perception, in principle defensibly be interpreted as being synonyms; NB: ➺ homonyms, &c.
