Macedo-southern Morava area (Leskovac variant); NB¹: ➺ Gajda (Prilep variant); NB²: ➺ Gajdarka; NB³: ➺ homonyms.

The main difference with the Surla of the Prilep variant is its cylindrical bore of an unchanging diameter; Range, according to Vukosavljević: f¹-g¹-a¹-b♭¹-c²-d²-e²-e² [sic]-f♯².
